Peach Shortbread Tart
I love peaches! Especially those ripe from the tree. This easy tart is a great way to use peaches, and still keep that fresh flavor. The crust is light, the peaches sweet, and the topping adds a nice crunch. Pour a glass of ice tea, grab a slice of tart… and head out to the porch to watch the summer go by.
