Cream Cheese Frosting

1/4 pound

1 stick

unsalted butter at room temperature

8 ounces cream cheese at room temp. Do not use low fat or non fat

2 cups confectioners sugar

2 tsp. vanilla extract


Place butter and cream cheese in a mixer, beat to smooth. Scrape sides of bowl, and slowly and add sugar, vanilla, and food color . Beat to smooth
