Say “Brownie”, and most of us imagine a square of moist, chewy chocolate goodness. But a brownie can be so much more! The flavors and textures of brownies can change by adding goodies, or substituting ingredients.
You can even make brownies without chocolate (but… why?)
Brownies from scratch are just as simple as the ones from a box, and don’t require a load of equipment. Start simple if you want… then stretch out and try some “non-traditional” brownie flavors.
I guarantee, they will all get eaten!
