What makes a something a Quick Bread?
Well… no yeast, so it’s not a regular bread…
And it’s baked in a loaf shaped pan, so it’s not cake. (Even though it TASTES like cake)
I love quick breads…. Generally they are easy to make, easy to pack in a lunch box, and taste good for breakfast. Plus, you can be REALLY creative with flavors.
And they make fabulous gifts during the holidays….
